You can select your performances and seats online as soon as you buy your package.
If you need assistance at any time in the process of selecting your package performances online, simply call OvationTix at (866) 811-4111. Do not close your internet browser window.
– Seating is limited. You must select your performances at least 2 hours prior to a showtime. If you arrive at the theatre without having redeemed your package/subscription for tickets for the event, you may not be granted admission.
– Select the appropriate type of seats. When you select your performance date, you will be given the option of selecting General Admission, Front Row, Wheelchair, Wheelchair Companion, or Free Standing Chair (armless chair, at the top of the stairs). If the type of seating you need is not available (for example, if you need a front row seat because you cannot climb stairs and Front Row is not displayed), you will need to choose a different performance. Other seating preferences (such as second row seating, center seating, or aisle seating) may only be chosen by getting to the theatre early (at least 30 minutes prior to showtime) and picking your seat before someone else does. Select your performance dates as soon as possible to avoid Front Row, Wheelchair, and other options being sold out. If it is your first time logging on, type in your e-mail address and click “I don’t know my password.” You will receive an e-mail to reset and create your password to use with your NextStop account.
If you bought by mail or by phone and did not give us an e-mail address, please call OvationTix at (866) 811-4111 to select your package performances.
If you do not see this option, double-check that you logged in using the same e-mail address you provided us when you purchased your package.

Change of plans? No problem. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another available performance of the same show (as long as your originally scheduled performance has not already passed AND/OR is not within the next 2 hours).
For each of the methods above, you will receive a confirmation of your exchange by e-mail. Please verify that the new performance and seat selection (i.e., Front Row/Wheelchair/General Admission) is correct.
